Trade show video production, Chicago
Booth video built for the McCormick Place floor.
Silent booth loops, product explainers, and use case films for companies exhibiting at McCormick Place: FABTECH, HIMSS, IMTS, and the shows in between. Designed and animated remotely, delivered as files to your exhibit house, from about $6,500 for a 30-second loop.
Clients we've made video for
The biggest floors in the country, and your screen.
McCormick Place has 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space, more exhibit-hall floor than any other convention center in North America, and the shows that fill it are the loud, crowded kind: FABTECH with presses and lasers running live, HIMSS with a thousand health tech booths, IMTS with the whole machine tool industry in one building. On a floor like that the booth video has one job: stop the walk-by from twenty feet with the sound off.
We are not a Chicago studio, and the booth video does not need one. It is written, designed, and animated remotely, reviewed on a link, and delivered as files to the exhibit house building your stand. The same team has made the RSA Conference booth loops for LogRhythm every year since 2017 and booth and launch video for KnowBe4, Securonix, Swimlane, and Geistlich. The trade show video production page has the formats, the wall, and the pricing.
When a piece needs filming in Chicago, a plant, a customer site, a product on the line, we bring the director and book the crew, and the travel is a line on the quote, not a surprise in the rate. Most McCormick Place booth video never needs a camera at all.
McCormick Place shows we build for
Two clocks already running.
Each show has its own page with the floor, the screens, and the start date. IMTS returns in 2028 and Splunk .conf also runs at McCormick Place; the same master re-versions for all of them. The trade show deadline calendar has the rest of the year.
Proof
Built to read from the aisle.
A booth loop that has run at RSA Conference, product and platform films made for the demo station, and a conference opener. Click any of them; the loop works with the sound off, which is the point.
Transcripts
Read what the videos above say. Speaker names are from the films; the text is lightly cleaned from the spoken word.
10-4 Systems: Nonstop dispatch and freight marketplace
Carriers, are you paying too much money for a dispatch system? Are you dealing with multiple check calls or spending all day searching load boards? Are you losing money on empty miles? Then it's time for 10-4, the only free GPS-based dispatch system designed to help you manage your day-to-day dispatch operations. 10-4 developed Nonstop, a free mobile app and dispatch system just for you. This real-time dispatch workflow system reduces costs by matching you directly with freight providers and speeding up the receivables process.
Nonstop keeps your orders, invoices, and customers at your fingertips. Plus, it easily tracks your most valuable assets: your drivers, your trucks, and your trailers. Drivers simply download the free Nonstop mobile app to their smartphone, immediately providing real-time GPS tracking, instant status updates, and document uploading. You gain real-time visibility of your drivers on a live map, allowing you to communicate, get status updates, document uploads, and more.
And with Nonstop, you'll have access to 10-4's live freight marketplace, where you can post your empty trucks to our vast network of freight providers. We take your available trucks and automatically match them with high-quality freight in real time. This allows you to instantly receive offers, negotiate deals, and tender shipments on the exact type of freight you want. No more out-of-date postings, no mystery loads. Every 10-4 load is live and listed with a price. Simply put, 10-4 streamlines your business and increases your profits. 10-4: more freight, more often.

What we make for McCormick Place exhibitors
Four screens, one master.
One master is written and designed once, then cut for every screen on the stand and every channel around the show: the wall, the demo station, the tablet, the LinkedIn post that fills the booth, the follow-up sales sends after.
The exhibit loop
A silent 15 to 45 second loop for the LED wall or the biggest monitor on the stand, built to stop the walk-by from twenty feet with the sound off.
The product explainer
A 60 to 120 second piece for the demo station or the tablet: the problem, the product, the numbers, captioned so it reads without a voice.
The use case film
Live action plus motion graphics: a real customer, a real plant or clinic, your product in it. Filmed before the show, played on the stand, sent after.
The interactive screen
The same loop as a touch product explorer or a wall that reacts to the person in front of it, running on the screen your exhibit house rents.
Questions
Before you ask.
Are you a Chicago trade show video company?
We are a distributed studio with teams in Colorado and Florida, and we make booth video for Chicago exhibitors the same way we make it for Las Vegas and San Francisco: designed and animated remotely on a twelve-week clock, reviewed on a link, delivered as files to the exhibit house building your stand. There is no Chicago office, and a booth loop has never needed one.
How much does trade show video production cost in Chicago?
The same as anywhere we work: $215 per finished second, so a 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Filming in Chicago adds a shoot day plus travel as a line on the quote. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of the original. Every quote is fixed after one discovery call.
Do you film at McCormick Place during the show?
No. We make the video that plays on your booth screens; we do not send crews to cover the show. If you also want recap coverage, we can point you to event crews we trust, and the loop runs the whole time either way.
What screen specs do we need for a McCormick Place booth?
The exhibit house sets the screen, not the venue: pixel pitch and dimensions for an LED wall, resolution and aspect ratio for a monitor. Send us the spec sheet and we deliver 4K H.264 masters plus the exact cut for each screen, seamless at the loop point. Mount the main screen above eye level; the aisle view in a McCormick Place hall is across equipment and crowds, not over a counter.
When do we need to start for a McCormick Place show?
Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open. For HIMSS 2027 (April 5 to 8) that means starting by December 28, 2026; for FABTECH 2027 (September 13 to 16) it is June 7, 2027. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
Can one video cover several Chicago shows?
Yes, and it should. We build the master loop in a modular way, then re-version it per show: a new opening card, the screen size for that booth, a different product emphasis if the audience shifts from HIMSS clinicians to FABTECH engineers. Re-versions are a fraction of the original price.
McCormick Place doesn't wait.
Tell us the show, the booth size, and the screens your exhibit house specified. We'll come back with a plan and a fixed quote within two business days.
