Exhibiting at Cisco Live 2027?

Twenty-two thousand network and security engineers, five days, and a World of Solutions floor where the biggest booth belongs to the host. Your screen has to say in two seconds what you add to their stack. We make that screen.

To earn a stop from the aisle

The loudest floor
in networking and security.

Cisco Live's expo, the World of Solutions, is built around Cisco's own ecosystem. Every partner booth is answering the same unspoken question: what do you do that the platform does not? A loop that repeats the platform's language loses. A loop that shows the gap you close, wins.

The Mandalay Bay hall is bright and busy. Silent-first, high-contrast, one integration story per loop, and a demo-station cut for the engineers who stop.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the Mandalay Bay Convention Center floor.

Three formats cover every screen at Cisco Live: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from June 6.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Feb 28

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Mar 21

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Apr 11

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by May 2

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. May 23

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. June 6

    Cisco Live 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

Our product is a Cisco integration. How do we make a booth video about that?

Show the workflow with and without you. Ten seconds of the engineer's day before, twenty of the same day with your product inside the Cisco console they already use. Named integrations, real UI, no 'seamless'.

What screens are typical in the World of Solutions?

Most partner booths run one or two 1920 by 1080 displays plus a tablet at the demo counter; larger stands have custom LED. We deliver the seamless loop for the main screen and a captioned demo cut for the counter, at whatever pixel size your exhibit house specifies.

Can one video cover Cisco Live and our other summer shows?

Yes. We build the master loop modular, then re-version the opener and product emphasis per show for a fraction of the original price.

How much does a Cisco Live booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our Cisco Live booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for Cisco Live 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by February 28, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
