Exhibiting at KubeCon North America 2027?

Nine thousand platform engineers who would rather read a terminal than a tagline. A KubeCon booth video that looks like an ad gets ignored. We make the one that looks like the product working.

Terminal

Is a perfectly good booth video

The loudest floor
in cloud-native.

KubeCon's showcase floor is the least forgiving of any tech show: the attendees run the tools, contribute to the projects, and can spot a fake dashboard from the aisle. The loop that stops them is close to a live demo: real YAML, a real cluster event, the product's actual response, captioned so it reads silently.

We design the UI in the video as a system, so when your product ships a release between the storyboard and the show, it is a frame swap, not a reshoot.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the New Orleans floor.

Three formats cover every screen at KubeCon NA: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from November 8.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Aug 2

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Aug 23

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Sep 13

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Oct 4

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Oct 25

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. November 8

    KubeCon NA 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

Our booth is a 10 by 10 with one screen. Is a loop worth it?

Especially then. One screen at eye height with a 30-second silent loop does the work of a second staffer for four days, and it is the cheapest thing on the stand. We build it to the screen's native resolution and loop seamlessly.

Can the video show real terminal output and code?

Yes, and it should. We capture clean, high-resolution terminal and console output, retype anything unreadable, and pace it so an engineer can follow it from six feet away.

Open source project with a commercial product: how do we handle that on screen?

Lead with the project the audience already knows, then show the thing the commercial layer adds, clearly labeled. KubeCon rewards honesty about that line.

How much does a KubeCon NA booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our KubeCon NA booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for KubeCon NA 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by August 2, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
