Exhibiting at CES 2027?

A hundred and forty-eight thousand people, four thousand booths, and every one of them has a screen. At CES the video is not decoration, it is the booth. We make loops built for the loudest floor in the world, and we make them on the CES clock.

The loudest floor
in consumer electronics.

CES is where the LED arms race lives. Whole halls of curved walls, and attendees who have seen everything by lunch on day one. The loop that stops them is not the brightest; it is the clearest: one product, one gesture, one benefit, in under fifteen seconds, then again.

The other CES fact is the calendar. Doors open January 6, exhibit houses want files before the holidays, and the show falls right after the slowest weeks of the year. Start now, or plan for a re-versioned existing piece.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the Las Vegas Convention Center and Venetian Expo floor.

Three formats cover every screen at CES: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from January 6.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Sep 30

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Oct 21

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Nov 11

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Dec 2

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Dec 23

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. January 6

    CES 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

It is already fall. Can we still get a CES 2027 booth video?

A new 30-second loop on a rush clock, yes, if approvals move fast; a full 90-second piece is tight. The honest option for most exhibitors this late is a re-version of an existing product video, cut to the booth screen and made silent. Call us with the screen spec and we will tell you the date.

What screen specs do CES booths use?

Everything. Standard 16:9 displays, portrait totems, and custom LED canvases with odd pixel counts. Ask your exhibit house for the native resolution and whether the loop must be seamless; we build to the pixel and deliver ProRes and H.264.

How long should a CES loop be?

Fifteen to thirty seconds, looping. Attendees walk past at CES; nobody stands for a 90-second story. Save the long cut for the meeting room and the press.

How much does a CES booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our CES booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for CES 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by September 30, 2026 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
