Exhibiting at RSAC 2027?

44,000 attendees. 600 booths. Four days. Your video is the difference between foot traffic and a very expensive carpet. We make loops that stop people at Moscone, because we've been doing it there for years.

Expo halls

North and South, Moscone

The loudest floor
in cybersecurity.

RSAC is the biggest week in security. Two expo halls, hundreds of vendors shouting the same three buzzwords, and attendees who decide in about two seconds whether your booth is worth a stop.

Nobody hears your audio at Moscone. Your video has to sell silently, from thirty feet, against an LED wall arms race. That's exactly the kind of video we make: high-contrast, silent-first loops and explainers built for this specific floor.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK · CYBERSECURITY VIDEO WORK

Built for the Moscone Center floor.

Three formats cover every screen at RSAC: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from April 5.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Dec 28

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Jan 18

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Feb 8

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Mar 1

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Mar 22

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. April 5

    RSAC 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does our RSAC booth video need sound?

No, and it shouldn't rely on it. Moscone's expo halls are loud. Every video we make for RSAC is silent-first: dynamic visuals, kinetic type, and clear captions that carry the message with the audio off.

How much does an RSAC booth video cost?

A 30-second animated booth loop starts around $6,500, a 90-second explainer around $19,000, and live-action use case films are quoted per shoot day plus post. Every quote is fixed after one short discovery call, so book the call early even if the details are not final.

What formats do you deliver for booth screens and LED walls?

High-resolution 4K MP4 / H.264 by default, plus versions matched to your exact wall dimensions and pixel pitch. Tell us what your exhibit house is building and we'll deliver to spec.

How do we stand out among 600 exhibitors?

High contrast, fast cuts, one clear idea, and legibility from 10 to 20 feet. Most booth videos are product tours nobody can read from the aisle. Yours should work like a billboard first, a demo second.

We already have a booth video. Can you update it for 2027?

Often, yes. A re-cut with new messaging, updated branding, and floor-optimized pacing is faster and cheaper than starting over, and it usually outperforms the original.

Booth loop, explainer, or use case film: which does our RSAC booth need?

A silent loop for the big wall, because it works from thirty feet with the audio off. An explainer for the demo station, where a sales engineer can pause it and talk. A use case film if you want a story a CISO will stop for. Most RSAC exhibitors run the loop on the wall and the explainer on a kiosk; the biggest booths stack all three.

Have you made booth videos for cybersecurity companies before?

Yes, it is most of what we do. We have produced LogRhythm's RSAC booth content every year since 2017, plus booth loops, explainers, and conference films for KnowBe4, Securonix, Swimlane, and Spyderbat. We know SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and human risk well enough to write the script, not just animate yours.

When do we need to start for RSAC 2027?

Doors open April 5, 2027. We deliver two weeks before that, and a full production takes about twelve weeks, so the comfortable start is the second week of January 2027. Later than that is a rush order, which we take: call 720-722-2281 and we will tell you the date we can hit.
