Openers and hype reels are animated or mixed media at $215 per finished second. On-site coverage is quoted per crew day, and a two-day conference with a same-day social package is a common scope.

How much does event video production cost?
An animated or mixed-media opener starts around $6,500 for 30 seconds and about $19,000 for 90. On-site coverage is quoted per crew day, camera count, and the same-day deliverables you need. One call, fixed quote.
Can you film our conference and deliver clips the same day?
Yes. We plan a same-day social package before the event: which sessions, which speakers, which cuts, and an editor on site so clips post while the room is still full.
How far ahead should we book for a sales kickoff?
Twelve weeks before the event for a produced opener, so the message is locked before the slides are. Coverage-only bookings can be made closer in, subject to crew availability.
What screen formats do you deliver for keynotes?
Whatever the production company’s wall needs: standard 16:9 4K, ultrawide and custom LED dimensions, and versions with and without audio. Tell us the vendor and we deliver to their spec.
