Questions

Before you ask.

How much does a training video cost?

An animated three-minute module runs about $38,000 at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, voice, and revisions included, and series pricing brings that down per module. Filmed modules are quoted per shoot day plus post.

How long should a training video be?

Two to five minutes per topic, chaptered so a learner can find the part they need. One long video is the surest way to get nobody to the end.

Can you deliver for our LMS?

Yes. Chaptered MP4s, SCORM-friendly segments, captions in the languages you need, and a transcript for search.

Do you translate training videos?

Yes. Captions, subtitles, or a re-voiced version. Room to Read’s policy films run across many countries and languages.

Animated or filmed for training?

Animated for policy, process, and anything abstract, because it stays accurate when the office changes. Filmed when the training is about a physical task, a place, or the leader delivering it.

Can you make training videos in a month?

Often, yes. A single filmed module at one location, or a short animated module, can be finished in about a month when the script and the subject experts are ready. A full onboarding series takes longer. The logistics decide it: how many locations, how many people on camera, and how fast reviews come back. Tell us the date on the first call and we will tell you straight whether it fits.
