Our process
Four steps.
Zero surprises.
Three weeks a step, one approval at the end of each. Nine weeks when the clock is tight, twelve when it is comfortable. You always know what is next, what it costs, and why it works.

- Step 1Script and StrategyWe craft your message and a script built to convert, written for where it will play.

- Step 2Visual StoryboardEvery scene planned and style frames locked before anything moves.

- Step 3Animation Production2D, 3D, or mixed, brought to life exactly to the board.

- Step 4Audio and FinalVoiceover, music, sound design, final color, and delivery in every format you need.

01Script and Strategy3 WKS
What happens
A discovery call, then the homework. We learn the product, who the video is for, where it will play, and what a win looks like. That becomes a one-page brief, an outline, and a script timed to the length the final piece will be. A booth loop is written to sell silently from thirty feet. An explainer is written to a voice.
Deliverables
- Creative brief
- Outline
- Script
- Fixed quote and schedule
You prepare
- Brand guidelines and logo files
- Existing decks, product pages, or past videos
- Script feedback within two business days per round
- The name of the person who signs off
Script locked. Every word that will be spoken or shown is agreed.
02Visual Storyboard3 WKS
What happens
The storyboard, frame by frame. Style frames lock the look. We cast the voice, pick the music, and time the whole piece as an animatic, so you can watch the video before it exists. Every decision that costs money to change later gets made here, on paper, where changes are cheap.
Deliverables
- Storyboard
- Style frames
- Voiceover casting
- Music selection
- Animatic
You prepare
- One consolidated round of notes from your team
- Your pick from the voice options
- Legal or compliance notes on claims
Storyboard locked. This is the big one: after this point, structural changes reopen the step.
03Animation Production3 WKS
What happens
Animation built exactly to the approved board. Because the plan is locked, this step is quiet from your side. You see progress cuts as sequences finish, so nothing arrives as a surprise at the end.
Deliverables
- Animation by sequence
- Progress cuts
- Rough cut
You prepare
- Product access for any live demo capture
- Quick answers on the progress cuts
Rough cut approved. Structure, timing, and pacing confirmed before polish begins.
04Audio and Final3 WKS
What happens
The voice is recorded, the mix is built, captions go on for silent screens, and color is finalized. Then the renders: a 4K master plus a version for every place the piece will play, from the LED wall to a phone. Revision rounds are built into the quote. Delivery lands two weeks before your date when there is one.
Deliverables
- Voiceover
- Sound design and mix
- Captions
- Final color
- 4K master plus cut-downs for wall, web, and social
You prepare
- Final legal sign-off
- Where the files should land
Final approval and delivery. Your files, your masters, your project archive.

The clock
Twelve weeks. Four approvals.
Every step gets three weeks and ends with one sign-off. Finished files land two weeks before your date, so there is a week of padding if anything goes sideways and time to test on the real screen.

The proven floor
Nine weeks, start to screen. That is the clock LogRhythm's RSA booth video ran on, every year, and it never missed the floor.
Inside nine weeks?
Need a rush order? No problem.
A dedicated team, a compressed clock, the same finish. Tell us the date and we will be on the screen.
Call 720-722-2281Timelines · Approvals
The questions we get.
Can it go faster than nine weeks?
Yes. Need a rush order? No problem. A dedicated team on a compressed clock, same finish; call us and we will tell you the date we can hit. The one thing that does not compress is your approval turnaround, so a fast project needs a fast decision maker.
What if we need changes after the storyboard is approved?
We make them. Small changes are usually absorbed inside the phase. Structural changes after the board is locked reopen pre-production, and we tell you the time and cost before touching anything. No surprise invoices.
Who needs to be in the approval loop?
One decision maker per approval point, ideally the same person all the way through. Bring legal or leadership in at the brief and the script, not at the final cut. A late reviewer is the most common reason a delivery date slips.
Ready to start at step one?
Twenty minutes on a call. You leave with a straight answer on fit and a fixed quote.
