Exhibiting at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027?

Thirty thousand packaging and processing buyers, twenty-three hundred booths, and packaging lines running live down every aisle. Your screen competes with moving machinery. We make loops that win that fight silently.

The loudest floor
in packaging and processing.

PACK EXPO is a show of motion: lines running, robots palletizing, film wrapping. A static screen loses to the machine next door, and a screen that just repeats the machine loses too. The loop that works shows what the eye cannot catch on the live line: the changeover, the inspection reject, the throughput number, the part of the process your machine improves.

The LVCC halls are bright and the aisles are wide. Silent-first, big captions, and a demo cut for the engineers who stop to talk cycle times.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the Las Vegas Convention Center floor.

Three formats cover every screen at PACK EXPO: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from September 27.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Jun 21

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Jul 12

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Aug 2

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Aug 23

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Sep 13

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. September 27

    PACK EXPO 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Nine weeks, start to screen. That's the clock LogRhythm's RSA booth video ran on, every year, and it never missed the floor.

Questions

Before you ask.

Our line runs live in the booth. What should the screen do?

Show what the live line cannot: a slow-motion close-up of the critical step, the inspection catch, the changeover in 20 seconds, the throughput and waste numbers. The live line proves it runs; the screen proves why it is better.

We exhibit at FABTECH two weeks earlier. Same video?

One master, two versions: a fabrication cut for Chicago and a packaging cut for Las Vegas, with the opener and the numbers swapped. Delivered together, so the second show costs a fraction.

Can you animate a process we cannot film?

Yes. Sterile, hazardous, or proprietary steps are animated as clean technical motion design with your real specs, which often reads better on a booth screen than footage anyway.

How much does a PACK EXPO booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our PACK EXPO booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for PACK EXPO 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by June 21, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
