Exhibiting at Black Hat USA 2027?

The most technical security audience of the year walks the Business Hall at Mandalay Bay for two days. They can tell a real product from a slide deck in one loop. We make the loop that survives that look.

Business Hall days

Your loop runs every hour of them

Since 2017

Our security floor time

RSAC every year

The loudest floor
in cybersecurity.

Black Hat is RSAC's sharper sibling: the Business Hall is smaller, the badges say researcher and red team more often than director, and the crowd rewards precision over polish. A loop that oversells gets a smirk and a walk-by.

The hall at Mandalay Bay is loud and lit for LED. Your video has to be silent-first, specific about what the product actually does, and readable from the aisle in the two seconds you get. We have made that video for security companies since 2017.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK · CYBERSECURITY VIDEO WORK

Built for the Mandalay Bay Convention Center floor.

Three formats cover every screen at Black Hat: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from July 31.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Apr 24

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by May 15

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Jun 5

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Jun 26

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Jul 17

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. July 31

    Black Hat 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does a Black Hat booth video need to be different from our RSAC loop?

Usually a re-version, not a new film. The audience is more technical, so we cut the claims down and the mechanism up: less 'AI-powered platform', more of what the product does in the first ten seconds of an incident. Same brand system, same screen specs, a fraction of the original price.

What plays well in the Black Hat Business Hall?

Silent, specific, and fast. Show the attack, show the product catching it, name the integration. Kinetic type carries the message without audio. Skip the stock footage of hoodies; this crowd wears them.

Can you work with a product under embargo until the show?

Yes. Most Black Hat launches are. We sign your NDA, work from staged environments or captures you provide, and keep review links private until doors open.

How much does a Black Hat booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our Black Hat booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for Black Hat 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by April 24, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
