Exhibiting at NAB Show 2027?
Fifty-five thousand people who make, move, or broadcast video for a living. At NAB a mediocre booth loop is not neutral; it is evidence. We make loops that survive the most professional eyes on any show floor.

Judge video for a living
The loudest floor
in broadcast and media technology.
NAB is the one show where the audience is qualified to critique your booth video frame by frame: colorists, engineers, producers, and broadcasters. Compression artifacts, soft type, a bad loop point, a stretched aspect ratio: they will notice, and they will judge the product by it.
So the standard is broadcast: clean masters, correct color, a seamless loop, motion design that respects the craft. The LVCC halls are enormous and bright, so it also has to be silent-first and readable from the aisle.
Built for the Las Vegas Convention Center floor.
Three formats cover every screen at NAB Show: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.
The Clock
Work backwards from April 3.
Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

Delivery
Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

Questions
Before you ask.
What delivery specs should we ask for at NAB?
ProRes 422 HQ masters at the screen's native resolution, a seamless loop with a verified loop point, correct color for the display, and an H.264 for the media server. Ask your exhibit house for the pixel map before we storyboard.
Our product is a workflow tool, not a camera. How do we make it visual?
Show the workflow as a timeline: ingest, the thing your product does, delivery, with real UI and real timecodes. NAB attendees read timelines faster than paragraphs.
Can you match our existing broadcast brand package?
Yes. Send the package and the style guide; we build the loop inside your motion system so it looks like the network made it.
How much does a NAB Show booth video cost?
A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.
Does our NAB Show booth video need sound?
No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.
When do we need to start for NAB Show 2027?
Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by December 26, 2026 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
