Recruitment video production
Show them the team, the place, and the reason people stay.
Recruitment videos for hiring and for enrolling: the culture film for a careers page, and the campaign that brings families to a school.

Enrollment and community campaigns
For schools and programs recruiting families, filmed with the people who already chose them.
Role-specific hiring videos
Engineering, sales, field crews: the team talking to the people they want to hire.

Before you ask.
How much does a recruitment video cost?
A one-day shoot at your office with interviews and b-roll, plus edit, color, sound, and vertical cuts, is quoted as one package after a discovery call. Animated recruitment pieces run $215 per finished second.
Who should be on camera in a recruitment video?
The people a candidate would work with, not only leadership. Two or three team members talking about the work, one leader talking about where it is going, and real footage of the place.
How long does a recruitment video take?
About twelve weeks on our normal clock, and faster for interview-led films because the script is written in the edit. Tell us the hiring push date and we plan backwards from it.
Can you make versions for different roles or locations?
Yes. We shoot with the versions in mind: one main culture film and short cuts per role, team, or campus, all from the same day.
Have you made recruitment videos for schools and nonprofits?
Yes. The Rocketship Texas campaign recruited families for a new public charter campus in Fort Worth, with parent and student stories filmed at the school.
