Exhibiting at SEMICON West 2027?

A new city, a new season, and an audience of process engineers who read specs for a living. SEMICON West moves to Phoenix in 2027. Your booth screen has to explain a process improvement to an expert, silently. We make that loop.

The loudest floor
in semiconductor manufacturing.

SEMICON West's move to Phoenix and to spring means new halls, new screen specs, and exhibitors rebuilding their booths at the same time. The audience does not change: fab engineers, equipment buyers, and materials specialists who will not be impressed by a glowing wafer animation. They want the step, the yield effect, and the number.

We make technical explainers for people who know the subject better than we do, and we caption every claim so it reads on a silent screen.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the Phoenix Convention Center floor.

Three formats cover every screen at SEMICON West: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from March 30.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Dec 22

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Jan 12

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Feb 2

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Feb 23

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Mar 16

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. March 30

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Nine weeks, start to screen. That's the clock LogRhythm's RSA booth video ran on, every year, and it never missed the floor.

Questions

Before you ask.

Our process is proprietary. How do we show it on a booth screen?

At the level of the benefit, not the recipe: the step in the flow, the defect class it removes, the yield or throughput change, with the mechanism abstracted into clean technical motion design. Reviewed under NDA before anything is animated.

The venue is new for everyone. What do we need from the exhibit house?

The screen's native resolution, whether the loop must be seamless, and the mounting height. We build to the pixel and deliver ProRes and H.264 masters plus a captioned demo cut.

Can you turn our conference slides into a booth loop?

Yes, and it is the most common SEMICON request. We rebuild the key diagrams as motion design in your brand, cut the words to captions, and make it loop.

How much does a SEMICON West booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our SEMICON West booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for SEMICON West 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by December 22, 2026 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
