Exhibiting at HIMSS 2027?

Thirty thousand clinicians and hospital IT buyers at McCormick Place, and almost a thousand booths showing a dashboard. Your screen has to prove a patient outcome or a saved hour, silently. We make that screen.

The CIO and the clinician, rarely together

The loudest floor
in health tech.

HIMSS has two buyers walking the same aisle: the CIO who cares about integration, security, and total cost, and the clinician who cares about whether the thing gets out of the way. A loop written for one loses the other. We write for both: the workflow on screen, the outcome in the caption, the integration named once.

McCormick Place is vast and bright. Silent-first, high-contrast, large captions, and a demo-station cut for the conversations that start.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the McCormick Place floor.

Three formats cover every screen at HIMSS: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from April 5.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Dec 28

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Jan 18

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Feb 8

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Mar 1

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Mar 22

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. April 5

    HIMSS 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

How do we show patient data on a booth screen?

You do not. We build the UI in the video with synthetic, obviously fictional records, so compliance never has to review a frame and the demo still looks real. Your team can say so on the stand.

Which matters more on the HIMSS floor: the clinical story or the IT story?

Both, in that order. Lead with the clinician's minute, then show where it sits in the stack. Two 30-second loops alternating on the same screen also works and costs less than you think.

Can we get a version for the hospital sales cycle after the show?

Yes. The same master becomes a 90-second explainer for the RFP stage and a captioned LinkedIn cut, planned at the script stage so nothing is an afterthought.

How much does a HIMSS booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our HIMSS booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for HIMSS 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by December 28, 2026 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
