Loop

Between you and the meeting

The loudest floor
in fintech.

Money20/20 is a meetings show with an expo attached: the deals happen in the suites, and the booth's job is to earn the meeting. That makes the loop a pitch in thirty seconds: the payment flow, the moment your product changes it, the number that moves. Compliance-safe, silent, and specific.

2027 moves the show to the Las Vegas Convention Center and Resorts World. New halls mean new screen specs; get the pixel map from your exhibit house early.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the Las Vegas Convention Center and Resorts World floor.

Three formats cover every screen at Money20/20: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from October 19.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Jul 13

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Aug 3

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Aug 24

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Sep 14

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Oct 5

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. October 19

    Money20/20 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

How do we show a payments product without showing real account data?

Synthetic accounts and obviously fictional merchants, built in your real UI. It looks like the product, compliance never reviews a frame, and your team can say so.

What is the right booth video for a meetings-heavy show?

A 30-second silent loop that earns the meeting, plus a 60 to 90-second explainer on a tablet for the meeting itself. Same master, two cuts, delivered together.

The venue is new for 2027. What changes for the video?

Only the specs. Get the screen resolutions and whether loops must be seamless from your exhibit house as soon as the booth is assigned; we build to the pixel from there.

How much does a Money20/20 booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our Money20/20 booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for Money20/20 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by July 13, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
