Exhibiting at FABTECH 2027?

Forty-two thousand fabricators and plant managers at McCormick Place, and the booth next to yours has a laser cutter running. A video with a voiceover is a video nobody hears. We make loops built for a machine hall.

Loud

Is an understatement

Your screen competes with a press brake

The loudest floor
in metal fabrication and manufacturing.

FABTECH is the loudest floor in this list: presses, lasers, welders, and robots all demonstrating at once. The booth video is silent by necessity, and it wins by showing what the buyer cannot see from the aisle: the part coming off the machine, the tolerance, the changeover time, the cost per piece.

The buyer is an engineer or an owner-operator. Accurate first: real cycle times, real materials, captions with numbers. Then the motion design that makes it read from thirty feet.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the McCormick Place floor.

Three formats cover every screen at FABTECH: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from September 13.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Jun 7

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Jun 28

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Jul 19

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Aug 9

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Aug 30

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. September 13

    FABTECH 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Questions

Before you ask.

Our machine is the demo. Why do we need a video?

Because the aisle cannot see the cut, the weld, or the tolerance from ten feet, and the machine is busy with the person already in the booth. The loop shows the close-up result and the numbers to everyone walking past, all day, with the sound off.

Can you make the video from our own machine footage?

Yes. Send what you have, including phone footage from the floor; we stabilize, cut, caption, and design around it, and animate the numbers and diagrams the footage cannot show. If you want new footage, we plan it with your plant so production never stops.

What screen sizes work in a machine hall booth?

Big and high. A 55-inch or larger display mounted above eye level so it reads over the equipment, plus a tablet at the quoting counter. We deliver both cuts.

How much does a FABTECH booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our FABTECH booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for FABTECH 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by June 7, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
