Exhibiting at Google Cloud Next 2027?

Thirty thousand cloud buyers at Mandalay Bay, one week after RSAC. Every partner booth is showing a dashboard. Yours has to show why the dashboard matters. We make loops that do that silently, from the aisle.

Week after RSAC

Same crews, same screens, no time

The loudest floor
in cloud.

Cloud Next is a partner show: the floor is Google's ecosystem explaining itself, and the buyer is comparing you to three booths that say the same words. The loop that wins names the workload, shows the before and after, and puts the Google integration on screen instead of in the voiceover nobody hears.

If you also exhibit at RSAC, the two shows are eight days apart in 2027. One master loop, two re-versions, one deadline.

ALL TRADE SHOW VIDEO WORK

Built for the Mandalay Bay Convention Center floor.

Three formats cover every screen at Cloud Next: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.

The Exhibit Loop

15–45 SEC

The exhibit magnet. Silent-optimized, high-contrast motion design for your video wall, built to pull attendees off the aisle and into your booth.

The Product Explainer

60–120 SEC

The silent salesperson. A narrative piece that explains your product and ROI on secondary screens while your team is buried in conversations.

Product Use Case Film

MIXED MEDIA

Drive attendance before the show, close deals after. Live action plus motion graphics showing your product solving a real, high-stakes problem.

The Clock

Work backwards from April 13.

Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

  1. Start by Jan 5

    14 weeks out

    Paperwork and planning

Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

  2. Start by Jan 26

    11 weeks out

    Outline and script

The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

  3. Start by Feb 16

    8 weeks out

    Storyboard

Every frame drawn and signed off before anything moves.

  4. Start by Mar 9

    5 weeks out

    Animation or filming

Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

  5. Mar 30

    2 weeks out

    Delivery

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

  6. April 13

    Cloud Next 2027

    Doors open

Your loop is on the wall before the first badge scans.

Nine weeks, start to screen. That's the clock LogRhythm's RSA booth video ran on, every year, and it never missed the floor.

Questions

Before you ask.

We exhibit at RSAC and Cloud Next in the same month. One video or two?

One master, two versions. The security cut leads with the threat; the cloud cut leads with the workload. Both share the brand system and the screen specs, and the re-version costs a fraction of the original.

How do we show an AI product without the AI clichés?

Show the task, not the model. A real prompt, a real output, the time it saved, in your actual UI. We caption the result so it reads on a silent screen. The word 'AI' can appear once.

Is the Partner Summit day worth a separate cut?

Often yes: a 60-second explainer your team can play on a tablet in partner meetings on April 12, cut from the same master, delivered with the loop.

How much does a Cloud Next booth video cost?

A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.

Does our Cloud Next booth video need sound?

No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.

When do we need to start for Cloud Next 2027?

Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by January 5, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
