Exhibiting at NRF 2027?
Forty thousand retail executives at the Javits Center in January, and a thousand booths promising the store of the future. Yours has to show a checkout, a shelf, or a margin changing. We make the loop that shows it silently, from the aisle.

Question on the floor
Does it move the basket?
The loudest floor
in retail technology.
NRF buyers are operators. They have walked a thousand demos and they want to see the store: the associate's handheld, the checkout line, the planogram, the return. A loop full of abstract data visualizations reads as vapor here. A loop that shows one shift going better reads as a product.
Javits in January is crowded and bright. Silent-first, captioned, one retail moment per loop, and a demo-station cut with real UI for the people who stop.
Built for the Javits Center floor.
Three formats cover every screen at NRF Big Show: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.
The Clock
Work backwards from January 10.
Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

The proven floor
Nine weeks, start to screen. That's the clock LogRhythm's RSA booth video ran on, every year, and it never missed the floor.

Questions
Before you ask.
How do we show a retail product without filming in a store?
We build the store moment in motion design and product UI: the handheld, the shelf, the receipt, animated in your brand with synthetic data. No location shoot, no permissions, and it still reads as the real thing on the booth screen.
Our buyers are store operations, not IT. Does the video change?
Yes. Lead with the shift, not the stack: what the associate sees at 8 a.m., what changes by noon. The integration and security story goes in the sales cut, not the loop.
NRF is right after CES. Can we share one video?
If the product is the same, yes: one master, a retail-led cut for Javits and a consumer-led cut for Las Vegas, delivered together before the holidays.
How much does a NRF Big Show booth video cost?
A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.
Does our NRF Big Show booth video need sound?
No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.
When do we need to start for NRF Big Show 2027?
Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by October 4, 2026 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
