Exhibiting at Automate 2027?
Forty-five thousand automation buyers and integrators in Las Vegas, and nine hundred booths with a robot arm waving. The arm draws the eye; the screen has to explain the payback. We make the loop that does that silently.

Is not a message
The loudest floor
in robotics and automation.
At Automate every booth has motion, so motion alone stops nobody. The buyer, an integrator or a plant engineer, is asking three things from the aisle: what does it do, what does it cost to run, and how fast does it pay back. The loop answers those in order, with the application on screen and the numbers in captions.
The floor is bright and busy. Silent-first, one application per loop, real cycle times, and a demo cut for the integrator conversations at the counter.
Built for the Las Vegas floor.
Three formats cover every screen at Automate: a silent loop for the wall, an explainer for the demo station, and a use case film for the story. Pick one or stack them.
The Clock
Work backwards from May 10.
Every stage gets three weeks, and we hand over finished files two weeks before doors open. Start fourteen weeks out and nobody sweats. Nine weeks of production is the floor we've proven, year after year.

Paperwork and planning
Contract, kickoff, screen specs, references, schedule.

Outline and script
The message, the structure, and what still works with the sound off.

Animation or filming
Shoot or animate, then edit, final color, and render, cut to your exact screen dimensions.

Delivery
Most clients ask for a week. We plan for two: a week of padding if anything goes sideways, and time to test on the real wall.

The proven floor
Nine weeks, start to screen. That's the clock LogRhythm's RSA booth video ran on, every year, and it never missed the floor.

Questions
Before you ask.
Our robot is moving in the booth. Why add a screen?
Because the robot shows one application and the screen shows five. Buyers come with a specific cell in mind; the loop lets them see theirs while the demo runs someone else's.
How do we show payback without a sales deck?
Three captions over the application footage: cycle time, uptime, payback months. Numbers from your own case data, animated in your brand, no narration needed.
Can you work from CAD and simulation output?
Yes. Rendered cells, simulation captures, and CAD turntables cut with real footage make a strong loop, especially for products that are hard to ship to the show.
How much does a Automate booth video cost?
A 30-second silent booth loop starts around $6,500 and a 90-second explainer around $19,000, both at $215 per finished second with script, storyboard, design, animation, and revisions included. Re-versions of an existing master are a fraction of that. We quote a fixed price after one call and the screen specs.
Does our Automate booth video need sound?
No. Assume nobody hears it. The loop is silent-first: dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large clear captions carry the message, and it still works if the booth next door is louder than yours.
When do we need to start for Automate 2027?
Twelve weeks of production plus two weeks of buffer before doors open means starting by February 1, 2027 for a new film. Nine weeks is the proven floor if approvals move fast. Later than that, call us: a re-version of an existing piece can move on a shorter clock.
