Educational video production, filmed where learning happens.
Enrollment films, edtech explainers, fundraising and program films, and training video for schools, districts, edtech companies, and education nonprofits. Real classrooms, real families, consent handled properly, and a film that makes someone act.
Education clients
Education video has two audiences.
A parent choosing a school, a donor choosing a cause, a teacher choosing whether to open the app again: each is deciding whether to trust you with something that matters to them. The film has to earn that, and it has to survive a school board or a program officer checking every claim.
We do it with real classrooms instead of stock, families and teachers in their own words, and a consent and review process built into the schedule. Room to Read has had us on location in six countries for its literacy and girls' education programs; Rocketship's families told their own story to the Texas State Board of Education; JetPackED's teachers explained the product better than a script could.
Nonprofit and public education organizations get our discounted rates. The process is the same twelve weeks either way.

JetPackED explainer
Digital learning programs are now as common as textbooks in schools across our country. Three out of four schools nationwide are using digital programs to support student learning. The average school has access to anywhere from 40 to 60 online learning programs, but teachers are losing hours of valuable time sifting through mountains of data for every student. And let's be honest, no one has time for that.
I had to surf through every dashboard for every online program that my class uses just to understand what my kids accomplished that day. It was too time-consuming, so I only end up using like two programs, if that. We used to use online learning programs, but honestly it just felt like a way to fill time, and it felt completely separate from our instruction.
We shouldn't waste our teachers' time or our students' potential. And now we don't have to. Introducing JetPackED, a data platform that empowers teachers to personalize support for each and every student in a fraction of the time. What once took hours now takes minutes. This first-of-its-kind platform equips teachers to regularly evaluate student progress across multiple programs in one spot; identify when students are stuck and require extra support, are ready for more of a challenge, or simply need to get offline after their just-right dosage is completed. It also recommends student groupings for interventions, and school leaders and administrators use daily data to identify ways to better customize their coaching and professional development support for each teacher. JetPackED's student portal shows learners the daily progress and weekly goals they are working towards, which builds student agency and ownership of their learning. JetPackED sends parents an automated student progress report twice per week via text or email. This helps parents understand their child's learning goals, provide at-home support to complete those goals, and celebrate their success.
I didn't become a teacher to sit behind a computer and crunch data. I teach because I care about my students. I love seeing them grow and get one step closer to their goals, and JetPackED gives me more time and tools to do that. JetPackED makes it really easy to celebrate students, classes, and entire grade levels, and this brings a huge amount of joy to students, because they see that they've achieved their goals and they're really bringing it for their entire class.
Rocketship Texas: family recruitment film
It's really rare to hear kids saying, in my case my son, always saying that he wants to go to Stanford and he wants to be a geneticist. And this is what the school does. It's not only school. The school is part of my family. Every single teacher in the room is part of my daughter's journey, and she has made up her mind that she's going to go to college no matter what. A great school partners with the community, and that's what Rocketship is doing.
Rocketship Texas: parents at the State Board of Education
It takes a village to raise a child. I believe every child, every color of the rainbow, across the board, deserves an opportunity to get a higher education. And that is what Rocketship is bringing to our community. Rocketship came in and said, you know what, we hear you. Hope empowered every single mom in here to say, you know what, I want better for my kids. Don't be shocked that I want better for my kids. Don't be shocked that these people are giving us the information so we can let you know. We're standing up. We want better for our kids. It's about the kids.

Questions
Before you ask.
How much does educational video production cost?
Filmed pieces are quoted per shoot day plus post: a one-day shoot at a school or campus with a small crew, plus edit, color, sound, and cutdowns, lands around $15,000. Animated explainers for edtech products run $215 per finished second, about $13,000 for 60 seconds. Nonprofit and public education organizations get our discounted nonprofit rates. Every quote is fixed after one discovery call.
Which education organizations have you made videos for?
Room to Read, the global literacy and girls' education nonprofit, across campaigns filmed in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, India, Vietnam, and Bangladesh; Rocketship Public Schools in Texas; JetPackED, the classroom data platform; and the City of Boulder.
How do you film in schools and with children?
Written consent from parents or guardians before anyone under eighteen is filmed, a review pass with the school or district before publication, and a crew that knows how to work around a class in session. We have filmed in classrooms on three continents; the students' day comes first.
Can you make one video work for enrollment, fundraising, and social?
Yes, if it is planned that way. One shoot day produces a hero film for the website, a 60-second version for the enrollment page or campaign, vertical cuts for social, and a silent captioned version for feeds. We plan the set at the script stage so nothing is cropped at the end.
Do you work with districts, universities, and edtech companies as well as nonprofits?
All four. The formats are the same: a program or product explained, a family or a teacher telling the truth about it, and a clear next step. What changes is the reviewer: a communications office, a board, or a product team. We build the review into the schedule either way.
Tell us who has to choose you, and by when.
The audience, the setting, and the date. We'll come back with a plan, a consent process, and a fixed quote within two business days.
