QUESTIONS?

How much does trade show video production cost?

Cost varies widely based on scope (animation vs. live-action), number of videos, and complexity. A precise quote is provided after a discovery call.

What file format do you deliver the final video in?

We deliver in high-resolution formats like 4K .MP4 or H.264, optimized for large LED walls, booth screens, and various digital platforms.

How can we make our video stand out in a busy convention hall?

Focus on high-contrast colors, kinetic typography, fast cuts, and high-resolution display optimization. Visual impact must be immediate and clear from 10–20 feet away.

What is the primary goal of a trade show video?

To serve as an "Exhibit Magnet" to capture attention from a distance and draw attendees into your booth, or as a "Silent Salesperson" to educate leads while your team is busy.

How long does it take to produce a typical video?

Typically, a simple loop video takes 4–6 weeks from script and storyboard to final delivery. Complex product demos involving animation or on-location shoots can take up to 10 weeks.

Do our trade show videos need sound?

No. The video must be Silent-First or Audio-Agnostic. Booths are too noisy. Use dynamic visuals, motion graphics, and large, clear captions/subtitles to communicate the core message.
